The Purple Hourglass

As per the stories, witches used to use purple hourglass to channel mystical powers.

According to the magic world, purple is the most mystical color. It is the combination of the hottest and the coolest color- Red and Blue.

An hourglass is a symbol of time. A flow from PAST to PRESENT to FUTURE. Flow of existence… Flow of ideas…

For me the interpretation is more like this : purple means a whole range of ideas, mystical in the sense of not being very obvious to a normal person. I don’t know how people think but everyone who knows my thoughts says this “Tu itna kaise soch leti hai?” So I might actually be right in saying that my thoughts are very unorganized, very widely ranged and really weird and hence “mystical” :D

And since they flow all the time and this blog obviously has the most unorganized part of it ;)

Hence the name : The Purple Hourglass

PS: I got an hourglass with purple sand as a gift from a dear friend. Hence the post.
